Ghar Kar Foundation receives voluntary contributions in support of its Water Harvesting, Tree Plantation, Shelter Homes and Village Development initiatives.
Where a cancellation facility is applicable, requests will be considered according to the nature and current status of the relevant donation, transaction or recurring contribution.
Donors are encouraged to carefully review the selected donation amount, campaign purpose and payment details before completing a transaction.
If a payment has already been successfully processed, any cancellation-related request should be submitted to Ghar Kar Foundation for review.
Where the matter relates to an incorrect, duplicate or unauthorised transaction, it will be handled according to the applicable Refund Policy.
Where monthly or recurring donation facilities are made available, donors may have the option to cancel future recurring contributions through the applicable payment or subscription facility.
Cancellation of a recurring contribution will apply only to future scheduled payments, subject to the procedures of the applicable payment service provider.
Any payment that has already been successfully processed will be considered separately according to the applicable Refund Policy.
