Founder, Ghar Kar Foundation
Gaurav Trivedi
After helping over 2,500 families achieve their dream homes through Ghar Kar, I
witnessed a troubling reality. Rapid urbanization was depleting groundwater levels, and
local birds and animals were struggling to survive without shelter. I realized that human
prosperity cannot be built on environmental destruction. In 2024, I decided that the
promise of "Ghar Kar" must extend to our displaced wildlife. To turn this empathy into
impactful action, I completed an intensive grassroots residential course. There, I mastered
essential ecological practices, including ethical Gaushala care (Gram Vikas), water
harvesting, composting, and tree plantation. Ghar Kar Foundation is the result of this
balanced vision. We are no longer just building walls; we are restoring ecosystems,
conserving vital resources, and empowering rural communities. This mission is too large to
walk alone. I invite you to join us in co-creating a world where humans, animals, and
nature thrive together in harmony.
